Timing, pickup, and planning.
We keep things simple: a weekly drop with a short pickup window and clear instructions.
We release a limited batch of bread each week. When a drop goes live, you can place your order. Orders close when we sell out or the drop ends.
Our bread is naturally leavened using a wild yeast starter with no commercial yeast. This creates complex flavors and better digestibility.
